Total Server Solutions Terms of Service

Total Server Solutions reserves the right to revise this document at any time without notification or announcement.
Refund Policy: Total Server Solutions reserves the right to refunds. Once a service has been paid for and work has been started all sales are final. Any request for a refund will be determined on a case by case basis.
Customer Termination: Total Server Solutions reserves the right to terminate the relationship between itself and the customer if needed. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: Disrespect towards employees or the company, non-payment or illegal use of the customers server we manage. At all times we maintain the right to terminate for any reason.
Billing: All payments are due PRIOR to work being started. All monthly management plan payments are due on the monthly aniversary date of there initial payment. Failure of payment on a mangement plan will result in suspension of the management plan.
Waiver of liablility: While Total Server Solutions may provide many levels of security to harden a server we cannot guaruntee 100% that a server will not be hacked or otherwise exploited even after our services are applied to your server.
Information Disclosure Agreement: Total Server Solutions will not disclose any client information related to work performed by services ordered from the client. Total Server Solutions reserves the right to disclose information to law enforcement agencies upon subpeona or warrant from the U.S. Government or local Government agency.


During migrations Total Server Solutions and its staff only migrates data that is in the direct structure of the control panel and is backed up using the control panel backup utilities. Example of this is with cpanel, plesk or ensim control panels, we will only migrate the data that is backed up by the built in backup utilites of these control panels. Any data that is not backed up by these utilities remains the sole responsibity of the client to backup before any migration is done. Clients are also responsible for maintaining a complete backup of there system prior to the upgrade as catastrophic events can happen. Total Server Solutions waives any liablilty on the loss of data and or business caused directly or indeirectly from the migration performed by Total Server Solutions and or any of its staff/associates.


Total Server Solutions and its staff/associates always attempt to provide the best service possible, however in the event some type of negative event occurs that adversely affects the normal business or daily operation of a business Total Server Solutions and its staff/associates waive any and all liablity.

Totalserversolutions LLC is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Totalserversolutions LLC does not make implied or written warranties for any of our services. Totalserversolutions LLC denies any warranty or merchantability for a specific purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Totalserversolutions LLC.
